Question about RPI's application

<p>RPI's common app supp has three required essay topics to choose from:</p>

<li><p>ACCELERATED PROGRAMS (LAW AND PHYSICIAN-SCIENTIST): State your reasons for aspiring to a career in law or medicine.</p></li>
<li><p>ARCHITECTURE: State your reasons for choosing architecture as your profession.</p></li>
<li><p>ELECTRONIC ARTS: Discuss your interests in the field of electronic arts and state how this is reflected in your portfolio.</p></li>
</ul>

<p>However, I (possible major of aeronautical engineering) am not interested in any of the above three fields . Do I still have to write an additional essay? If I do, what do i have to write about?</p>

<p>you don't have to write an additional essay since you aren't going for one of those majors, you just have to do the personal statement</p>

<p>Along with the personal statement, you must also write how you became interested in RPI</p>
