Question about scholarship that is restricted to specific majors.

So I have been skimming through a lot of scholarships, but a lot of them are for specific majors. However, they simply asks for my interest in the major in the essay prompt (though some of the scholarships specifically state full-time major while some just state "major. is there a difference?)

What I am wondering is that even if I am an undeclared right now, can I still submit an application to those scholarships? If I do win, would I have to give them a refund if they find out that I am not of that major when I do decide to declare one ( unlikely, but still curious...)

Thanks

Id say it is extremely unethical to take a scholarship for a field you arent interested in nor are majoring in.
