Question about the Commitment Card.. for accepted students

<p>Hey guys, I was ecstatic to find out I got accepted. Anyhow, I have a question about "enclosed Early Decision Agreement and Commitment Card". Is the early decision agreement form the one I sent out with my transcripts and letter of recommendations when I applied? Or do I receive a different one with the commitment card sometime soon? Cause I have neither..</p>
