If I plan on going to a non-target school are all the non-target schools on the same level??

What I'm saying is that I had planned on going to Rutgers and I know that it's ranked top 50 for undergraduate in the United States. But I also know that Pace University I can get more scholarship money from and that it's not a bad school....But it's not ranked top 100 for undergraduate business programs.

Since both schools aren't Ivy or even top tier, would it make a big difference for an iBank?

This is the list...

Seton Hall
Rutgers
Pace
St. Johns

I know these aren't target schools but would they all be on the same level of job placement? I'm assuming that Rutgers would be #1 since it's a state school and there would be alumni making it a bit easier, but am I wrong? Of those 4 schools, does it even matter?
