Question and chance me for pharmD program? It'll make my day :D

So, I was looking at the NEU PharmD schedule of classes and i realized that i could pretty much skip all of my Freshman year by APing out of all the required classes. Would it be smart to do so? Also, is O Chem at NEU as difficult as people say it is? if you could, could you compare it to some class (or class load)?

Title pretty much says it all. Also, could you chance me in terms of grants/scholarships/aid etc?

I'm a junior at a public HS

GPA-3.59UW, Probably around 4.00+ W

(Retaking on the 22nd, Aiming for an 800 in math and upping my cr and w scores too)

ACT-29, not amazing but whatever.

Teacher Recs:
Apparently my Anatomy teacher writes AMAZING recs so I'm looking forward to that.
Also, I'm pretty sure it'll be good if I got my Chem teacher to write me a rec considering Pharm is pretty much chem applied in the medical field.

Counselor Rec:
Not sure, don't really know my counselor that well.

Essay:
Average, I'm not the best essay writer but I'm not the worst either.

thanks! I just need this to see where I need to improve so I'll have an even better chance come app time

im not sure for pharmacy because it’s a very competitive major but you have very impressive statistics! i would say if you could get your sat to around a 2050/2100 you would be absolutely set and probably get very good merit scholarships! good luck!

I was just recently accepted with a 1990 sat (superscore was 2030) and 31 act. I’d say you have a pretty good chance :)

weighted gpa doesn’t turn a B into an A. it just counts a B in an honors course more than in a normal course.
a B is still a B. your gpa will just be inflated.

you’re still a junior. Stats wise, you fall right into the northeastern middle 50. you’ll probably get some scholarship, but not the highest.

pharm is going to be more competitive mind you.
