Okay so I missed the deadline for November testing for subject tests (though I'm still not sure if I'll take any or what I'll even take).

Provided I end up wanting to take more subject tests and/or the SAT again (also taking it in October), is it possible to take it either one in December? I'm not sure how the whole sending scores works. According to the CB website, the various UCs' deadlines for SAT scores is anywhere between 12/30 and 1/15. And if it is possible to take in December (which I'm pretty sure it is) how do I send the scores? And would I be able to see them before the colleges do or do I just them my scores with them finding out what they are pretty much the same time I do?

Thanks for answering my confusion :)

i'm also applying to UC's so i can't tlel you from experience but from what i've read, you mark what scores you want them to see and you can put that you want them to see your december SAT score and they'll look at it.

BTW, UC app's are due from november 1-30, not later.

Well I know that the apps are due by Nov 30 but the SAT scores aren't, right? I mean you should put something on the application..or you can leave it blank (I'm not sure where I heard this) and you can send them your December scores. Or even November scores, since we probably won't get them until after Nov 30.

on the UC calender it says the last date they will take is the december SAT. on the application you indicate that you will be taking the december score and when you send that to them, they'll check your apps in jan-feb and your score will be on file if you sent in the december one and they'll check it. if it's the highest one, they'll use that.
