Hmmm no clue whatsoever. Since I'm an engineer how about this: how many sublevels are there in the engineering building?

Kevdude--it's been 24 hrs...Think it's ok if I take a shot at the answer??...

ND's Mary is 12 feet tall and 2000 lbs.....(a woman after my own heart....:))

Have no idea about the sublevels of the engineering bldg...just want to make sure that my soon-to-be-engineering-major-daughter knows about the lowest one when those crazy tornadoes hit!!

sublevels: 7, just a guess...now my question...

When was the last time the goal posts were taken down by the students at Notre Dame?

i couldn't tell you and i would not waste my time looking it up even if it was in a book with the page marked located inches from my fingertips

OK, plgallagher...

so ...

now we know that you are not interested in our "Notre Dame Trivial Pursuit Game"....

and...

you obviously are a card-holding member of the "inductees" into the infamous group, "Every party has a pooper that's why we invited you...Party Pooper...Party Pooper...."

So...what's your point?

Since no one replied, I guess no one knows.

It used to be tradition for the seniors to tear the posts down after the final home game of the season if ND won. Such an event occurred in 1987 but fizzled out as the years went by because the goal posts at some point became extremely hard to bring down. Also, after the Fighting Irish defeated Penn State 17-16 in 1992 (Snow Bowl), the students stormed the field and climbed on the posts (I saw a video) but I am not sure if they actually succeeded in making them fall. And I think that this is the last time they could have fallen b/c for those of you who have seen the famous picture of the North Endzone with Touchdown Jesus in the background at the conclusion of the '93 FSU game, the post is still standing. So, after a HUGE win against No. 1 Florida State, the biggest for ND in the past 13 years, they didn't bring them down. Finally, I doubt they have fallen since b/c Notre Dame hasn't had a win that 'big' in recent years.

I know that is a bunch of information, but I just wanted to clarify.

okay.... so we need a new ? how about.....

What do you plan on doing after graduation?

Graduate school, there isn't much you can do with an undergraduate degree in psych without more education.

same question for the next person

still in high school, but as of future plans, hopefully med school after college

I like this thread... so lets try to start it up again

Name the first three (3) presidents of Notre Dame

Edward Sorin
Patrick Dillon
William Corby

The first two have dorms named after them and the last has the rectory named after him. When you look through the full list of presidents, most of them have buildings named after them actually.

What year did Notre Dame win the football national championship without playing a home game?

(Hint: 1924, 1929, 1930, 1943, 1946, 1947, 1949, 1966, 1973, 1977, 1988)

Im gonna take a stab at 1924.... but im not sure...

How many heisman winners has Notre Dame had?
