Question On Graduating Early

I'm a freshman at BU and I'm considering graduating early. I matriculated into BU with 52 credits (13 semester courses) from APs, and am currently planning on doing both summer sessions this coming summer and taking the MCATs next December-ish. I plan to apply to med school after my sophomore year. The course work that I will have completed by the end of my third year is as follows:

I got 5's on Calc BC, Chem, Bio, Phys C E/M, USH, World Hist, Stats
4 on Phys B
3's on Eng Lit, Eng Lang, Spn Lang, Euro Hist, US Govt

I am using my Bio AP to get credit for Bio I, but not for Bio II. I used my Chem to get credit for Gen Chem I & II but I am taking the Quant lab next semester as it is required for my major. I am using BC credit for two semesters of calc, phys c and b for the phys requirement and the rest of my aps for my humanities/social science requirements for my college.

I am a Biochemistry and Molecular Bio and Philosophy double major with a Music minor, though I may not do to the Philosophy and might major in music performance instead.

I am slightly different from the normal "early graduating" person as I will have completed 2 years and 2 summer sessions by the end of my "sophomore year" (I will technically have Junior standing after this semester), when I plan to apply to med school. By then, I will have completed 85 credits at BU, without my AP credits (with which I will have 137 credits). 85 credits translates into roughly 2.5 years of coursework, which is only one semester less than the normal 3 years. Most likely I will have a GPA above 3.5 and the MCAT score I'll have a better idea of when I get closer to that time. Is this a feasible idea?

How are you going to fit in EC’s?

I plan on working as an EMT from this coming summer until I graduate. I’m already part of my ambulance corps back home. I will also likely try to shadow a doctor over the summer and/or next year. Also, I plan on doing some research between now and when I apply to med school, I just need to find a faculty member to do research with first.

Other ECs I have are participation in BU’s Jazz and Wind Ensembles, the Premedical Society, BU on Broadway (pit orchestra), and I’m sure I’ll join some other clubs as well.
