Question regarding application and honors from OOS

<p>Hello, I was wondering if my designated honors class from my OOS high school should be placed as regular or honors in the application. I have heard that they don’t count if you aren’t from California and only AP classes count? My school has 2 choices for class, a regular class such as Chemistry, and Chemistry D which stands for differentiated.</p>

<p>What should I mark on the application?</p>

<p>I am OOS and I could only recieve extra points for AP classes, unfortunately. Under the drop-down box, I selected NH for “non-honors,” but under the class name I would type “Biology Honors/ Spanish 4 Honors/etc” This way, even though it won’t technically count as bonus points in calculating your UC GPA, the admissions officer will see that the class was honors.</p>
