That's what it says when I log in to my housing application for the 09-10 year. Does it mean that I should just wait until they contact me about phase 2?

The whole offer rescinded thing kinda got me nervous...

I was freaked out at first too. But the key word in that message is “OR”. Since I got the same message and the other six people at my school got the same message as well, I’m assuming that it meant the former, which is “Your application is now being reviewed by the housing office”.

Phase 1 is now complete. They are processing your application. The offer is phase 2, when you either accept or reject what they give you and give them a deposit.

Phase 2 begins when housing offers are made. Last year and the year before, housing offers went out on May 18th. In 2006, they went out on May 23rd. Last year there was a “computer glitch” and codes were added that seemed to indicate building and floor. They were not really accurate, because housing starts with an initial grid for placement of new students that gets many changes until the information is finally given out, along with roomate information, in early August.
