I want to go to Penn or Cornell or Columbia for Premed, and for the rest of the summer I have the opportunity to volunteer at an Abortion Clinic. It is a health-care setting, but would it look bad?

I mean, I wont be performing abortions (lol) but the fact that i volunteer there kinda implies that i am not against it

why would it look bad? you’re volunteering, giving your time, and benefiting the community. College admission officers aren’t bias enough to look down on what you did that may/may not go against their own beliefs.

The people on admission committees are human, just like everybody else. You’d be crazy to think their biases wouldn’t affect their work.

I’m honestly not sure what the answer to this question is, but abortion is a very touchy subject. If it’s something you want to do, definitely volunteer there, but it might be in your best interest to be a little vague when entering it in your applications (ie, say that it was a “clinic” not necessarily an “abortion clinic”).
