questions about changing SAT subject test date

i was originally set to to take the chem and us history subject tests this saturday, but it's been really busy due to APs and i wanted to change the test day to october.

however, the october test date hasn't been posted on college board, does anyone know whether or not the two tests i am taking--chem and us history, are available on that date?

also, because i have already signed up for the may test date, i called college board and asked them if i could change to october, and all they told me to do was to skip may and call back later when the schedule is posted. will i have to pay more than just the test-change-date fee if i skip it? i.e. will i be able to move that test date, and will colleges see that i skipped a test date when i apply?

if everything works out fine with changing and taking the test, will those be too late for EAs in november?

Thanks for all your help!

I can’t answer for CB but I can suggest for EA that you contact the schools where you’ll be applying. Many schools will accept the November date but you should still check their websites to be sure.

If you’re taking APUSH and AP Chem, I would strongly encourage you to take those SATs in either May (this Saturday) or June as the material overlaps so much.
