Questions about the OTE (Options Through Education) Program

I was wondering about the OTE program and what it actually entails. I was very excited to see the acceptance letter, but when scrolling down I saw that the admissions was conditional upon completion of this program. It would be awesome because I rarely do anything eventful in the summer and I find this experience interesting, but I want to know more. I am more stressed out about the “conditional” part and what it alludes to. Does that mean if I do go through the program that there is a possibility of me not being able to attend BC? (like if I fail). I know I wouldn’t fail, but that is what stresses me out, “the what if”. Thank you so much!

@Sam124 Check out the OTE website and the FAQ section: http://www.bc.edu/offices/ahana/programs/as/ote.html

The conditional piece indicates that you were accepted, but OTE is required in order for you to begin as a student in the fall. Give us a call if you have more questions!
