quick CSU transfer question

i’m transferring to a CSU as a marketing major, but I don’t have all of my major prerequisites done with, however, by the time spring 2016 ends, I will have 60 units and my Golden Four and IGETC done with. Can I still transfer and do my lower division major courses at the CSU? Thanks!
