<p>Is the acceptance rate for EA applicants to UIUC higher than RD applicants? I've heard its slightly easier to get in through EA than RD. </p>

<p>On the other hand, I've heard the EA pool of applicants is more competitive than that of RD. Can you guys provide any insight into this?</p>

<p>My understanding is that applying to Priority Admission give your a slight edge over RD. I’d apply there if your seriously considering uiuc.</p>
