twice in middle school (i did it for CTY)once in may.

I have taken it a total of… wait for it… 5 times.
7th:1020 (no writing back then)
8th: 1060
9th: 1080
10th: 1260
11th: taken in may

It appears I can’t edit my original post more than once (which I’ve already done) so I’ll just tally up the stuff so far and put it here:

One time-5
Two times-7 [2160–>2220 ; 2120–>? ; 1990–>? ;
Three times-5 [2170–>2180–>2050 ; 2260–>worse–>? ; crying–>2230–>2300]
Five times-1 [1020–>1060–>1080–>1260–>?]

^lol, yet to take…but I got 183 PSAT when I wrote it cold.

quick question to mifune and others: Do you think writing the SATs in rapid succession helped your score? I don’t know if I should write the June SAT or not. WOuld a 4 month gap until the Oct. SAT hurt my score?

Twice.

1900 first try :(

Just took the May SAT.

may was my third. all of em were during my junior year!

i don’t get why people take it in middle school, thats whackk

first time, may 2010

This is a bit of a belated response, but in my personal situation, I was left with three remaining dates to achieve my final Reasoning Test results. (I took the SAT for the first time in October of my senior year due to a degree of ambivalence regarding early graduation.) I did not feel adequately prepared for the October test date since I merely had marginal, basic preparation after a complete introduction to the exam a few weeks beforehand. But I felt sufficiently primed for the November and December dates.

I suppose that I would have performed as well in December had I not taken the October and November tests, but I simply did not want to invest an overabundance of significance and urgency into a single sitting.

Thrice.

January 2005 (7th Grade) - 1900-ish
January 2010 - 2370
March 2010 - 2400

only one time in my sophomore year

Seventh grade: 2010
This year: 2320

So twice. :o

Once, so far:

9th grade: 1850 (March)

twice:

january: 2190

may: ?

twice! first time: 1950, 2nd time: 2120, might take again in october!

three times
jan:1910 (1270)
Mar:1970 (1350)
May:???

@Iforgeteasily, getting a 2500 is impossible, since it’s only out of 2400.

Taking it for the first time in June! :D

Three. First I think I got an 1170/1740 (8th grade), then a 1290/1880 (9th grade), and finally a 1600/2400 (December of junior year). Probably shouldn’t have spent all of 7th-9th grade playing RuneScape.
