Quick question about supplemental materials?

Hi!

I just uploaded a research paper to the Harvard Applicant Status Portal. I noticed that there should be a $10 fee (if I’m not mistaken), but I was not brought to a page to pay this fee. Is this fee already taken care of? (e.g. factored into application fee when I submitted the Common App?, etc)
