i applied RD. in my sunday afternoon essay i wrote about volunteering at a medieval festival. it's something that i was only able to do this year because i had to work with horses/knights/weapons [meaning, it's dangerous so i had to be 16]

im sending them a resume tomorrow, should i put this on there even though it's not something ive been doing since i was a fetus.

yes. you don't necessarily have to write down something that you've done since you were young. you should be writing everything you've done in high school, and for the ones you've done your whole life or whatnot, just mention that in the margins or somewhere.

no. dont worry about it. in most cases, i believe that they wont bother to look at them. however, they might look at when you are a borderline applicant.

I don't think you have to being doing the activity forever just to list it. The more important thing is not having a laundry list of activities that you haven't excelled at or put much time into. Colleges just want to see committment and things you're passionate about.

I put that I went to church and watched the football game. lol Also since I'm catholic, it's suppose to be a day of rest anyways, and I use that to my advantage. :) Would they think I'm trying to look all goody goody saying I went to church? I do go every sunday, but I didn't know if they'd believe me or anything. lol My friends barely believe me that I actually go every week.
