I bombed one of my SAT subject tests, thus I do not want to show it. For a school that does not accept score choice is it considered score choice if I submit all of my SAT tests but only 2 out of 3 of my subject tests.
No, it is not considered as using Score Choice.
That’s what I figured, the Collegeboard says that it is Score Choice but a Cornell rep said its not.
Above is incorrect. It depends on college. What each anti-score choice college means by requiring all scores varies. In all cases they want all SAT scores if you send an SAT score but when it comes to any other test the rules vary. For example, both Penn and Georgetown require you to send all SAT, all ACT, and all SAT subject test scores. For Yale, if you send any SAT or any SAT subject test, you must send both all SATs and all subject tests, but alternatively, you can send none of those and instead send all ACT socres. Stanford requires all SAT and all ACT scores but you can choose subject tests to send. In other words, do not assume anything on a college’s rules for sending all scores until you spend the time necessary to learn exactly what the particular college requires. You can avoid that exercise only by choosing to send all scores for all tests you have taken because doing that is never incorrect even though it may be unnecessary.
