quick stupid question :) EA

just quick question

is it possible to get flatout rejected from an EA school? or do u only get accepted or deferred?

and does deffered mean you will be put into the RD applicant pool?

Yes. For a lot of schools, ie Stanford, Harvard, Yale, Chicago, they CAN FLAT OUT REJECT YOu. But Georgetown made it their policy not to reject anyone during EA. Being deferred means that they didn't quite want you enough that they want to commit to you, so your app would be put into the RD pool for another comparison to the RD applicants.
