R-Day Practice

PRACTICE R-DAY</p>

<p>If you have any friends whose son/daughter is entering with the Class of 2010, they may wish to participate in the practice R Day (the parent - not the candidate) Please make sure they understand that this is practice for the cadre ... and remember, no candidates are permitted to participate </p>

<p>Particulars provided by USMA PAO as follows: </p>

<p>All non-DOD sticker vehicles must enter through Thayer or Stony Gates. Please plan to arrive early due to security searches. All personnel must be prepared to present valid identification when entering the installation. </p>

<p>Volunteers should be at Eisenhower Hall, Crest Hall no later than 9:45 a.m. on Friday, 23 June 2006. Parking is available at Eisenhower Hall, Gillis Field House, and Buffalo Soldiers Field. The rehearsal starts
promptly at 10:00 a.m. and concludes approximately 1:00 p.m. Individuals will be bused from Eisenhower Hall to the ! Cadet Central Area during the rehearsal. At the conclusion, transportation will be available to take individuals back to Eisenhower Hall if needed. </p>

<p>Individuals should dress comfortably in proper seasonal civilian attire and bring one piece of luggage or a duffel bag marked with your name. </p>

<p>Lunch will not be provided; you are welcome to bring a snack and carry it in your bag along with a bottle of water if desired. Upon completion of the rehearsal, light refreshments will be provided and personalized certificates awarded. </p>

<p>Volunteers must be between ages 14 - 55. It is guaranteed to be a fun-filled day you will enjoy for generations to come.</p>

<p>Really REALLY good exposure opportunity to WP for sophomores and younger.</p>

<p>She did. Twice. Can do the thing with the cadet in the red sash blindfolded and backwards. Would probably still blank on R-Day.</p>

<p>But honestly, it was a great insight into WP. Interacted with a ton of Cows and Firsties who were very strict with her during practice and very sweet afterwards.</p>
