Radians or Degrees for the ACT?

Which one should I use?

I got a 34 on the ACT Math section and a 32 overall score on the ACT.

I would go with Degrees setting unless you’re asked to identify the graph of a trig function. Then, you would use radians because the degrees setting will cause the trig graph to become a straight line (which you don’t want).

Hope this helps and good luck!

Pick one. If you need to use the other, just multiply the argument by 180/pi or pi/180.

Towards the beginning, the questions usually involve degrees. Towards the end, the questions usually are in radians.
