Raise my GPA??

I am currently a Junior. I just finnished the first semester and my UW GPA is a 3.371, do any of you guys think it’s possible for me to raise it to at least a 3.7? If it isn’t, around how much can I raise it? Is it going to affect alot in my admission chances if I get a nearly perfect score on the SAT??
