Although, not sure if any of you would be mistaken “jughandle” as a street name, but thanks for making me feel LESS stupid guys
I can’t believe some of you haven’t heard of the term, i thought it was just me.

I had to look up both jughandle & DDI.
Not sure, but I think I experienced a DDI in KY.
Recently, I was up in WI in one traffic circle after another. Not bad bc there were barely any other cars, but I don’t like those when there is a lot of traffic!
New question:
Usually I buy the grocery store brand of eggs, but occasionally if they don’t have the size I want, I buy Eggland’s brand. They are much better – bigger, cleaner (not the shells – the inside!) and just seem a step above. How? What do they do? Give the chickens a month in Hawaii? I must admit I can’t tell any difference in the taste, but they just look better.
From what I know about chickens, my guess is the chickens are healthier due to better living conditions and higher quality feed. They might also breed selectively for good layers.
We’ve been buying Eggland eggs for years; just think they taste better. Target usually has the best price around here.
Round-abouts are the hot thing here along with an occasional diverging diamond.
I’ve never heard of a diverging diamond before either! I looked them up, they look a bit counter intuitive but very efficient.
We don’t have many roundabouts around here, but I’m used to them. A new airport access road was just opened with a roundabout and people went a little crazy. Someone in front of me came to a dead stop and I wanted to shout at them - “hey, it’s a circle, you can just keep going around”. There were 5 accidents the morning that new road opened up, and I’m sure that most of them involved the roundabout.
@VeryHappy could be I’m just sleep-deprived, but I cannot get the image of chickens dressed as Tom Selleck out of my head now.
LOL!!! In my neck of the woods, Tom Selleck is advertising reverse mortgages.
A jughandle is diagrammed at https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jughandle .
In California, something similar is sometimes done at freeway exits. The exit ramp leads to a traffic light controlled intersection from which one may turn left or right. The freeway passes under, while the other road has two such intersections on an overpass, plus some additional ramps to the freeway.
I can’t see the point of A. You still have to take a left turn.
B is a glorified U-turn.
C makes sense to avoid a left.
I think this is what we have new in our area, too, and I just pray there is someone in front of me to follow!!!
Does anyone else tip the people who clean your rooms in hotels? I mentioned it to someone today, and they looked at me like I was crazy and said they’d never heard of it. I “goofed” and left the tip for 4 days all on the last day, but I did leave a tip.
Yes, we tip hotel housekeeping. And I also missed a day or two our last trip. I just bumped it up a little the following times and hoped the same people were on.

I’ve always tipped hotel workers.
Glad to hear it. Maybe who they should be tipping is one more thing we need to help our kids with before they head out to college/into the real world.
Yes, we tip hotel housekeeping and try to leave some each day rather than waiting til the end of the stay.
Yes, I tip hotel housekeeping.
We leave it on the last day. And my kids are into it, too.
My DH tips on the first day. We tend to get better service.
