<p>No. There are many more honors students than there are spots in RCS. If you’re talking about incoming freshmen, historically those who wanted to be in honors housing have been able to live there (but no guarantees). Honors housing includes not just RCS but also Ridgecrest East and West. If you’re talking about upperclassmen, no one is guaranteed honors housing except for housing scholarship students who already live in honors housing, and there were a number of honors students who were unable to recontract for next year.</p>
