I know it's a little late to be chancing but it looks like I'll have to wait a least until monday.

Does anyone know anyone who has been rejected? I'm worried they sent those letters later.....

I was accepted to the Political Communications program. I live in NYC and my envelope came in standard mail yesterday. Good luck everyone!

i got accepted via snail mail today (southern ca)
good luck to all who are still waiting

finally got my letter - REJECTED

Super awesome

Has anyone heard from the Honors Program?

Is the envelope small or large thick or thin?????,

Mine is a 10x12 thick envelope delivered by US postal service. I received it today in California. Good Luck everyone! Oh yeah- I'm in MT.

hey - cktsing, have you checked your admission deposit status? Has it changed yet? My daughter hasn't heard yet (in Southern Cal) and her admission deposit page still says not open at this time. Wondering if this is a bad sign or if they are doing rolling notifications?

My daughter just got her letter - it's for a January acceptance for WLP. I spoke to Admissions and they said that the January acceptees will not be on the waitlist for Fall - said they wanted to offer a guaranteed spot for her and January was the only way they could due to the record setting number of applications (thank you Common App). There are 150 Freshmen being offered January. Has anyone else gotten January? How do you feel about it? She's not happy because she wanted to matriculate with the larger class and is worried about coming in late and being an outsider.

She got into screenwriting at Dodge College at Chapman (30 students in the freshman program), and into the writing program at Pratt.

We're not sure what the best option will be.

I'm a freshman at Emerson now, and with second semester we had a lot of January people come in. I've made friends with a few and they all love it here. If this is where she wants to come then she should wait for January and come here. They all had no problem adjusting. Everyone at this school is super nice and loves making new friends. All the Jan kids I know are so happy with their decisions, they all say it was hard waiting first semester but in the end was totally worth it.

I second that. I was a Januaray freshman and I LOVE it here. The winter orientation program is fabulous and it's only a group of about 200 so it's really tight knit compared to the fall group of over 1,000. It was hard at first when everyone else came back from break and had their groups together but everything worked out great. I love it here and wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

Ilovemacbeth & asap..What are your majors? My S is trying to decide between Emerson and a more liberal arts orientated education at Muhlenberg College. He was accepted in the BFA acting. He is afraid that if he goes with Emerson's Acting program, that he will never have the opportunity to do musical theater or sing! He also heard from a disgruntled student that the attention is given to the MT students and not the acting ones. Any feedback?
