Ahh…of course you’re right. I’m tired and not thinking straight. So if they accept around 3,000 out of 8600 applicants, that makes it about a 34.8% acceptance rate, which is about the same percentage they’ve accepted in years past.</p>

<p>They miscalculated for last year’s class and enrolled more than they had planned. Fewer will be admitted this year, perhaps around 2700. Congratulations to those accepted.</p>

<p>Also received an acceptance today in South Texas, though I have to say the financial aid was a bit lower than I expected; my family’s middle class, with EFC around 6k-8k, but Richmond expected a lot more. Not so much more to completely take em out of the running, but enough to give me second thoughts before signing on the dotted line.</p>
