RD FA:Welsleyan or Washington&Lee?

I love these two colleges on a barely same level and I really wanna guarantee a college between10-20 but I need FA(my family can just afford the tuition) so I choose one for FA the other not. Anybody know which one is more generous?

I know Wel has Freeman Asian Program but it seems mean..only 2 for a country and I am from China

I don’t know about how it works for international students, but I can’t imagine how a college could be more generous with financial aid than W&L. Here are the latest results:

[Grant Aid At W&L](http://financialaidapps.wlu.edu/GrantAid.asp#)

That statistics looks impressive but since I am an international student I don’t know how many of them can be applied to me.

I’m mystified as to how you can love Wesleyan and W & L on the same level. They are completely different schools politically and culturally. Maybe you don’t realize it because you are not from the U.S.

really?? I guess soTT
I can only look at their programs and I am interested in williams scholl of W&L and wesleyan’s CSS. would you tell me what other aspects do you consider, politically and culturally?

As a current student at Washington and Lee, I’m just not sure you should come here if you are clueless as to how W&L and Wesleyan differ. We are generally conservative, easy-going, hard workers and hard partiers. The kids at Wesleyan are liberal hippie types who like to dye their hair weird colors, at least the ones I know. W&L=conservative, fairly homogenous, traditional. Wesleyan= weird hippies

^^^ Well, I guess that’s one way to put it…
