Hello, so I recently decided to take a gap year and apply to colleges after the gap year–mainly because of the Coronavirus, but some personal reasons too. I’m just worried that colleges won’t accept me because of my declining gpa trend. What I mean by this is, I had a steady gpa trend from my freshman year to junior year (around 3.8 ish), but my senior year gpa dropped slightly compared to my freshman to junior gpa (it’s around 3.5). Will colleges not accept me because of this? It is mostly because of the increased rigor of my senior year courses, but I’m worried that colleges will think it’s senioritis.
