I’m straight and attend a co-ed school, so MoHo is by far the school that I have the most questions about. I love the concept of an all-women’s, and I am a strong believer in focusing on education over a relationship, it’s just the way I have grown up. However, I believe it’s important to strive for romantic relationships, especially during such an exciting part of your life. To sum it all up, I am very curious to hear about how current straight students have found guys. I know because of the various schools around MoHo and the connections of the five schools young men will always be there, but is it harder to form romantic relationships because of attending schools away from each other?
I would sum it up as harder, but still possible. Guys are not around as much as at a co-ed school. You need to make an effort to attend five college activities and meet them. Maintaining a romantic relationship off-campus takes work and commitment, but it is possible and people do do it quite successfully. It is easier with a car, since you don’t have to worry about the PVTA schedule.
