I'm pretty set on going to school for physical therapy in Boston and I'm looking primarily at 6-year programs though I'm open-minded about 7 years also. Here are my stats:

SATs (my weakest area): super score 1770 (math 510, CR 550, writing 710 - 10 on essay)
ACTs: haven't taken these yet but I will be in September
Unweighted GPA: 3.7/4.0, unsure about weighted
AP classes: English Language & Composition, Psychology
Honors classes across the board all 4 years
High/est honors each semester of high school With Straight A's. (Just not a strong standardized test taker which severely concerns me)
National Spanish exam honorable mention 3 years
Presidential Award for Academic Excellence
National Honor Society
Spanish Honor Society
English Honor Society
Science Honor Society
Social Studies Honor Society
Potentially math honor society as well

Cross country, winter/spring track, varsity letter but not necessarily looking to compete at the collegiate level

Over 100 hours of hospital volunteering

Active member of my parish and very engaged in service activities for school and community including: special Olympics, English immersion summer elementary school volunteer, campus ministry, retreat leader, big sister for incoming freshmen, doing a service internship senior year, various seasonal donations (thanksgiving/Christmas), core leader for a group that organizes local special Olympics and polar plunge participant (I am the sibling of someone with autism, which kind of inspired me to work with the disabled in the first place)

I haven't received my teacher recommendations yet but I have a very personal relationship with both and they have been nothing but encouraging and supportive, which leads me to believe that my recommendations will be helpful as well, I do realize there are lots of students who need recommendations though!

I also work at a local creamery, which has given me good people experience as well as a sense of responsibility and respect for others, not to mention diligence and hard work that are necessary for any job. I am looking into internships or other volunteer experience for my senior year, which will begin in roughly a month.

I'm planning on applying to the following: Northeastern University, Boston University, University of Rhode Island, Sacred Heart University, University of Vermont, University of Pittsburgh, possibly University of Delaware, and most likely UMass Lowell and Springfield College for safety, along with URI. However, Boston is the ultimate goal.

So I ask that you be brutally honest here - and any advice would be tremendously appreciated and welcomed. If you read this entire thing thank you for your patience and good luck to any fellow college searchers out there!
