Resum

Your AP scores, GPA, and SAT info is solid. Is English your first language? If not, the 690 will be easy to explain, though it is a fine score anyway.

Basically the rundown of your resume (and presumably your application) tells the AdComs that you are a solid regional academic student with a special interest in science/math, and you are at least a state level participant in Taekwondo (a big club sport at D). You also have strong leadership skills and a passion for music.

These stats will definitely get you in the door of admissions, but won’t guarantee you a spot. You should spend some time on your essays and paint a picture of where you belong in D. I think you have a great shot. D loves their Math/Science applicants.

Does the Questbridge College Prep Award mean that you will be going through their matching program?

No, not necessarily. But most of the people who win the College Prep Award go on to become Questbridge Finalists, which allows me to apply through the matching program.

Thanks, guys. Does anybody else have any input?

You’re the type that gets into HYPS, Dartmouth and many others… I’ll give you that much.
