I have no ****ing clue what major I want. I just turned 22 I spent the last 3 years goofing off and although I regret it I would never change the person I've become. With that being said I am going to one of the two local community colleges tomorrow and finally doing something with my life, I took a placement exam already which I got near perfect scores on, but anyway I'm thinking about just getting a General Education degree. I have a few questions though.

What jobs can this lead to?
What are some of the benefits?
Would it put me ahead of other person say if we both apply for the same job and he only has a High School Diploma?

Also if anyone has any suggestions on a job not Nursing that I can finish in no more than 3 years and start out at least 40k let me know. I figure if I can't find a job I like at least I can live freely with a Gen ed. Degree. Also I'm very skilled with computers so I'm open to suggestions like Computer Specialist or whatever.
