Really simple essay topic is killing me

Im applying to this leadership program and I have no idea on what to put.

A successful college community depends greatly on the intellectual and personal contributions of its individual members. What do you believe other Boston College students could learn from you, both inside and outside the classroom?

Its seems very simple but im having a hard time thinking of something to write about.. any suggestions on something i can write about or how i can figure out what to say?

What do people admire about you?
How do you want to be admired?
What positive traits have you cultivated in yourself?
What kind of culture do you enjoy working in?
What kind of culture do you try to create around you?
Do you raise the bar intellectually, morally, or in some other sense?
What skills do you have that others regularly rely on you for?
What are your strongest beliefs and values?

Just some things to reflect on. I guess if I were answering this prompt, I’d talk about how I feel I could bring to the table a strong sense of intellectual exploration (I can be very passionate and devoted to specific disciplines and areas of knowledge, and I’m curious about many others) and an infectious drive to constantly improve oneself—intellectually and morally. I could talk about certain disciplines that I know an incredible amount about, maybe more so than my peers. I could talk about how socially I do my best to interact with others outside of my normal comfort zone and the “types” of people that I’m most similar to, and I try to welcome and incorporate others into my social circles.

Figure out what makes you someone others can look up to and deeply respect.
