Reassure Me... (Final Grades Concern)

Maybe, just maybe, I’ll have two Cs as final grades. Those won’t warrant a warning letter, much less a recension, right?

-The Unwarranted Coot66

haha relax.. they will not

Haha yeah I'm not sweatin it bro. My mom swore I was some different person and some degenerate slacker when I came home with a 76 in calculus last marking period..she neglects to recall the 97 I had first marking period when I pretended to care lol.

Colleges know we're just tryin to chill after puttin in all the hard work to get in them in the first place. And that whole 'acceptance being contigent upon continued academic success' translates to 'yeah so.. did you end up actually graduating from that high school deal you had goin on so you can at least be eligible to matriculate in the fall'

Haha before I located my better judgement I felt the same way about grades and stuff now. But yeah I like to think it would be more of a hassle for them to actually follow through and rescind an acceptance..I mean what hell that would bring and it's not like colleges put forth specific grades you must achieve to remain accepted which makes the whole thing subjective and easily appealed if that actually were necessary..

rambing.. don't sweat it. just get messed up and who cares about school. Ironically I'm takin the day off tomorrow haha... need that tuesday holiday.

coot, me too. what if you get... 3 Cs? how about 4? yeah, I slacked off. I'm not sure what I'll end up with.

they won't rescind your acceptance unless you get grades completely out of character. for example, if you had straight a's all throughout high school and came back with d's and f's, you might have something to worry about. if you're in the habit of getting a's and b's and the occasional c, you shouldnt have anything to worry about if you stay in the c range your final semester.

yeah, don't worry about it. do the best u can, but have fun during your last few days of high school!
