<p>After I sent in my common app and supplement, my counselor uploaded his school form and my evaluation (one week ago). Now on the My Colleges page, it says "School Forms: Not All Submitted". But on the School Form page for that school, it says "downloaded" just like the teacher evaluations which was submitted before I sent my common app.</p>
<p>So, has the college received the counselor evaluation and school forms along with my complete application?</p>
