Haha, and it’s so good to have moms/dads on here.
I’m the oldest sibling in my family & my parents haven’t been through the college process in eons. (it seems to be a lot different now!!)

ha so all in all its great to have some guidance…
just wanted to say that!

this site should help! Its by the princeton review, and it will give insight on matches, safeties, reaches, etc.

aww, that site just made me feel like an ultimate fail.
putting “university of st. thomas” as a reach.

so i guess princeton is telling me to get my test scores up huh?

In your original post you mentioned UC Berkeley. I would not recommend any UC for OOS. The tuition is quite high without merit aid available for most. I love UCB (my d will be there in the fall!) but still wouldn’t recommend it; possibly for grad school as their Public Health school is very good as is UCLA’s.

okay yeah,
it was just a place i really liked when i visited.
& plus it seems like a decent match for me. (cause so far my college list is HIGH REACH & REACH).

however i’ve had tons of people telling me not to attend cause of tuition reasons!
deff will look at it for public health, san francisco is so beautiful :)
