I'm currently a junior at a midwest high school. I've always wanted to be an engineering and design automobiles or spacecraft. My life dream is to work for a company like Tesla, SpaceX, or Boeing and maybe eventually work my way into the business side of the company. What schools should I look at? Right now my top choice is Stanford with Purdue as my fallback. Thanks

Texas A&M and Texas-Austin both have very good engineering programs, Aerospace included. Both are in close proximity to Houston-home of Nasa.

What is your price limit (talk to your parents about this) and state of residency?

Many excellent engineering schools are state flagship universities – but these typically do not offer much (if any) need-based financial aid for out-of-state students (though some may offer merit scholarships or have low list prices).
