Recommender having issues?

<p>Hey Folks,</p>

<p>My professor did receive an email from Common App about opening an account so he could write a letter of rec BUT after creating an account he has no clue what to do? According to him he only sees something that allows him to email. Would he only see a student list after I submit my application? versus just inviting him? Also I'd ask him for a screen shot but he is a bit...how do you say technically inclined? </p>

<p>I have tried looking thru the faq to no avail :frowning: Plus he is half way across the world in Hong Kong. Luckily though the school will allow him to email a letter of rec instead. Phew! </p>
