Recommender sent me my letter of rec?

i mean, basically what it says in the title.
i’m a dual enrollment student & a senior in high school and asked one of my professors to write me a letter of recommendation. he emailed it to my high school’s counseling office and copied me on the email. i haven’t read the letter and don’t plan to, though.
i already signed the FERPA waiver and didn’t expect him to copy me on it. will this affect the FERPA waiver or anything like that?

FERPA does not prevent a recommender from giving you a copy or you reading said copy. It’s fine.

It’s out of the ordinary, but one of my D’s teachers specifically reviewed her recommendation letter with her.

If you ever want to read it, you may want to email the teacher, asking if he intended to send it to you to read.

But no, it doesn’t affect FERPA/rights/etc.
