<p>That's okay you were kind of close, and like I said, doubles is totally different at the college level/national level. I also was a singles only person, but playing with my partner in a number of national tournaments, we learned to rely on each other to the point where we felt like one, so when she missed, it felt like it was my fault too. Now I'm rambling because I can't describe it, oh well.</p>
<p>Plus, I like the intensity doubles offers at the net that I can't get in singles, even though I like to serve and volley occasionally in singles.</p>
