<p>Would it be bad to recycle my Princeton Supplement essay (for the prompt about culture) for Harvard, since there's not really a particular prompt or word count I have to adhere to?</p>
<p>It might be pretty obvious that I'm recycling, since I use the word culture a bunch and H admissions officers probably know what Princeton's essay topics are. If I do recycle, should I alter it so it isn't so obvious that it was designed for the Pton prompt?</p>
<p>No. I have an elaborate recycling scheme in place for all my essay prompts lol
like for instance I recycled the same essay for HYP for their long ones.
and I actually found a way to recycle something else for the “what matters to you” Stanford one</p>
<p>and if I were an admissions officer, I would have no idea whether the essay was actually recycled or not, so I’d probably give the benefit of the doubt here</p>
