Red/blue striped apparel... where do I find it?

<p>So many people at Penn today were wearing rugby shirts that were red and blue, and someone had a cute scarf that was striped red and blue... none of this lovely apparel is in the school store, because I checked today, unless it's in some secret location. :-(</p>
