About two weeks ago, a college admissions officer did an AMA ("Ask Me Anything") on reddit. This person wrote a lot of insightful responses to some questions that many of you might have about the admissions process, so I highly recommend reading the thread. The person did not say which school they work for. It is clearly not Wash U, although he gave some hints and the school is pretty similar to Wash U. Since admissions operations can be very similar between schools, I think you'll find that there is some very valuable information available.
