@usualhopeful Perhaps FedEx is still in the midst of sending them off/creating labels/updating things for some of their packages
Ahhhh the suspense
@usualhopeful are you on this website? (https://www.fedex.com/insight/home/welcome.jsp)
Yes, I’d guess there are still more to be added to the system. But the closer we get to receiving the decisions, the more I feel like I’m going to be rejected.
No ‘genius’ to the FedEx thing… just a Google and a share. http://www.fedex.com/us/delivery/ FedEx Delivery Manager - view tutorial if you’re having problems once you get a free account. Then go into your Profile settings to add variations on your first name (if you have any).
@marhabaa Yes, although I’m also checking here just to be sure (https://www.fedex.com/apps/fedextracking/?cntry_code=us).
Apparently the tracking thing only works if it is going to a home address, not a school address. Too bad for DD, looks like she will have to wait a full week to find out…
Some have already found out their acceptances, congratulations! A bit anticlimactic but if it gets us through the week- then fair game
For those not seeing anything, there could be a variety of reasons. Don’t take it to heart- one should never celebrate OR grieve before receiving the news in ones hands.
Haven’t seen anything yet low key discouraged but I guess there’s still time :sigh:
Going to hold out until next week though
How do they send rejection letters? Via USPS? If so, is there a way you can track that/?
FedEx InSight displays shipments created after the registration has been approved. Any shipment created prior to approval of the registration will not be visible in InSight.

So if the shipment was created after FedEx Scanned it, you won’t be able to see it in Insights.
@pmdreyer So some shipments are ‘approved’ and some are not?
@marhabaaa yeah it’s through USPS and I don’t think you can track letters just packages
@marhabaaa If you just signed up for insight, it will only show those packages that FedEx scans after your registration. Usually, you are approved immediately. I called FedEx letting them know I was not able to see any packages shipped to me so I asked if they could tell me if any packages have been shipped to me in the last couple of days. Unfortunately, they did not have a record of any packages being shipped to my address scheduled which is bad news. You may want to call them and let them know that you may be out of town and that you just registered for insight and if you get a good customer service person, they will check for you.
For those that saw the package tracking on fedex, did u register for an account? With a credit card and account number?
I do wonder one thing…
A student asked on the FAQ if internationals would receive the same “epic box” as domestic students. Admissions replied by saying that internationals receive a folder, at some point, instead. This is specific to my case but… Since I’m international, I don’t think I’d even be receiving a package from FedEx. Or maybe I will? Too many circumstances involved in this- I wait to see what this week brings.
But no emails yet for our friends abroad? Darn. It’s almost 8:30 PM in Portland right now.
If you got a tracking notification from FedEx, what day did it say the package would arrive? My friend applied and I wanna know if his might show up tomorrow or would show up on Monday. We’re in California, so I assume it might be different from those of you on the east coast.
Any info is greatly appreciated.
Have international students still not gotten their decisions?! … Weird
@usualhopeful what day does it say it will be delivered to you? I’m guessing it would get to my daughter in Andover at roughly the same time. Thx.
