I saw last year (2019) that some ED applicants got their packages (in the US) as early as Friday, December 6. But the prior year some got ED acceptance packages on December 19, so … quite a window in there. No clue what this year will bring. We are hoping for a package and good news here for our son as well.

hi!! i also applied as an ED applicant and i emailed my admission counselor to ask if they knew when decisions would be released and they said “ within the next upcoming weeks” . so i am guessing mid December
Thanks. So when did s/he say that? Not surprised but since the Reed sites says decisions mailed early December, was hoping decisions would hit applicants sometime this next week at the latest. Sounds like that may be less likely.
He told me this about 3 days ago! yeah me too i was hoping to get it this week i will keep you updated if i get anything in the mail!

reed just created a facebook group for class of 2025 so i think decisions come out this week!! i’m so nervous
ooh that’s some good news! reed seems like they still haven’t updated their “welcome to reed” page but maybe they will soon?!
update: checked reed’s application deadline page and it says “early dec” (decisions mailed) instead of mid-december like before. looks like they may mail them this week!!!

i’m getting good energy today for a package!! maybe tomorrow… but this time frame makes sense!!
their css profile says the 15th of december so I was thinking that would be the date.
yea, it could be, however… the confusing part- their website says mailed by: early dec 
it really could be anything though. it’s VERY confusing lol

Does anyone know whether Reed posts the acceptance on its portal or do we need to wait for snail mail? Thanks and good luck to all!
i believe that snail mail comes first vs. the portal… but not 100% certain

I emailed admissions and they said they hope packages arrive by the 15th but if they aren’t going to get there on time they will send an email.
