How do you track on FedEx?
Yeah DHL is for international students.
I’m an international student, can anyone explain how to track packages, please?
Ok. I just called FedEx and they said it doesn’t look like anything is coming to my address. I’ll take that as a rejection then.
@abiedrs, Usually you would track a package with a tracking number, but clearly Reed doesn’t give those to students. I recommend calling DHL.
This decision release process at Reed is actually brutal. Still nothing here, hoping for a box in the next couple of days before I accept the possibility of rejection.
In our case, received an email notification from DHL saying packages have been addressed and ready for pick up at Reed. From there on we were able to track using the link DHL provided. A couple of other international applicants’ posts here earlier sounded similar as well.
This is just lame -_-
For everyone asking about tracking, I received a tracking number in my first email from DHL. It gave two options, entering a tracking number or directly clicking a link they provided. It took a few days for me to see anything but now I can track it.
Went outside to check for third time and still nothing. Ughhh!!! Just reject me already.
This is even more depressing when you have nothing more than a bunch of waitlisted colleges.
just called the admissions office and they said that decisions for intl students should be found this week through email. if not then that the applicant should call next week.
i know some people already got it through mail but that’s just what i was told by them
anyone else from the northeast? i haven’t gotten anything
@afisher623 Wow! I’m sorry you haven’t heard yet! I got my acceptance in the mail last Thursday on the 29th. I’m located in Washington, DC.
haha yeah it’s hard waiting so long! i know i’m across the country from oregon but I thought i’d get it by now… @takacatboy
I’m in Portland and haven’t heard a thing!
My DD sent an email to admissions counselor whose reply said that “all will have decisions and know by the end of this week”. Hang in there those that don’t know…
That’s the exact thing we were told LAST week.
I received an email from Reed’s admissions office i response to my inquiry about decisions.
"Thank you for your inquiry. Reed mails admission decisions, which can take various amounts of time. If you have not received you decision via mail by the end of the week, you should reach back out to us.
Kind regards,
Grace Fisher"
Not particuarly helpful, but I guess that gives me a little hope that I still have a slim chance of being admitted.
I’m over a thousand miles from Oregon (Minneapolis Minnesota,) so maybe that’s why it is taking so long for decisions to arrive. That or they aren’t sending decisions all at once and are doing it in batches.
