<p>I was waitlisted,
and I am planning to send a letter
(explaining why I want to go there, recent achievements, etc.)
Also, I am going to tell them of my latest GPA
but do you think I should actually attach a transcript with it?
I would rather not send it unless it's absoloute needed.</p>
