<p>Where can I find who is the admissions officer in charge of my region (and thus is going to be reading my application)? I've looked over their website but couldn't find anything.</p>

<p>I don't think they're listed on the site. Have you tried calling (or emailing) the admissions office? They may/may not be able/willing to give out the information, but they're very good at communicating.
If you have a question, contact them. Northwestern employs very nice people.
