Regular Decision Class of 2017

Hi, anyone who has gotten their decisions please post here! I am still waiting for my letter in Sweden but I heard someone else who got their acceptance letter already in Europe. Does this mean it is bigger chance that I was denied or is it just delayed. So nervous...

Don’t worry.
I got an inbox yesterday from St. Lawrence on Facebook:

“Hi Guillermo,
International mail takes quite some time. No matter the decision though, you will receive something in the mail. That said, we’re asking international students to wait until 4/1 before emailing Mr. Khalidi. Hang in there and hopefully you’ll hear from us next week! Let us know if you don’t!
-Meg”

Good luck Chris. I already started plans to study here… (it sucks) but there’s nothing I can do about it…
Enjoy the USA!

I was accepted but did not receive sufficient financial aid unfortunately.

Thanks, Guillermo! I hope things work out and that you find your path. Grad school is much easier to finance in the US with scolarships.

SwedishChris - Did you get your acceptance via FedEx or some other mail service?? I am also an international and a friend near my house got his decision(rejection) today but I wasn’t home all day so idk what became of it. Really eager!

They used “US Postage - International mail” service. Some guy in Georgia got his on Friday, but I got mine yesterday, Monday.

Hi guys! I asked them once on facebook and they said that some packages were sent to international students via FedEx, some via USPS (International first class mail).

I’m Asian got accepted under Early Decision plan, I knew my admission via email and the financial aid offer is quite generous but because of the high tuition fees, I still find the remaining cost a stress for my family.

Accepted!!!

Congrats EDhelp! Did you get enough fin aid or did you not apply for it?

@swedishchris thank you!!! I didn’t apply for any

Awesome  Are you accepting or do you rather want to go somewhere else?

Well I still have to hear back from a few, but I am definitely considering! And definitely going for an accepted student day

Hello there! Have you guys received any sorts of notification email asking you to join the facebook page or about depositing money etc… etc… from the university bcoz I was sent a mail on 15 th march which I still havent received. so I am trying to guess if I have been admitted by knowing if the college is making regular contact with the accepted studnts or not.

I got accepted but was rly disappointed in the fin aid part, still debating if I should go or not…
ps I’m an international student from Canada.
